Nutrafol is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ERP Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of Nutrafol’s financial systems across the organization, and assisting the Sr. ERP Accountant with an upcoming ERP transition from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This position will have primary responsibility for market settlements and monitor market-based activities of Pattern’s generating assets in the respective ISO/RTO. This role will assist in the implementation of any systems utilized in transmission and market settlement activities and serve as the liaison between accounting and various front and middle office departments.

You will play a critical role in managing the company’s incoming payments and maintaining cash flow. You will oversee the collections process, communicate with customers to resolve outstanding invoices, and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of AR processes, proficiency in NetSuite and Excel, and an analytical mindset.

This position is primarily work from home, with occasional on-site requirements, potentially based outside Chicagoland. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist with 6-10+ years of experience in QuickBooks, invoicing, and payment collections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring accurate invoicing, and proactively following up on overdue payments.

This position will be responsible for preparing and maintaining various legal documents, including reinsurance and custodial agreements for our reinsurance program. The position will work closely with our internal sales team as well as with our external agents, dealer customers and banks. This position requires very high attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

In this role, you'll drive the month-end and year-end financial close, prepare accurate financial reports, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in all accounting tasks. You'll take charge of the annual financial audit, assist in the corporate tax return preparation, and help improve reporting systems.
