Communicate and follow-up with plan members to ensure understanding of the program while delivering exceptional customer service. Answers the phones and responds to incoming inquiries while utilizing care center training tools. Facilitates patients successfully through the surgery review process, exceeding expectations while meeting the program metrics. Efficiently and effectively manages a case load across a variety of clients and surgical categories.

The Returns Processing Agent will manage and administer transactional processes associated with the reverse distribution of operations to ensure compliance and accuracy of downstream reporting systems. This position will work directly with stakeholders and customers to validate return accuracy and resolve discrepancies while remaining within compliance guidelines and ensure customer service level expectations are achieved.

A Collections Agent will play a crucial role in managing and resolving early-stage delinquent accounts. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer behavior, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing accounts, engaging clients to resolve outstanding issues, and ensuring that accounts are managed in accordance with company policies.

Coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies. Ensure accurate and timely updates to vehicle files while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Reach out to body shops to confirm vehicle pick-up details and talk to vehicle owners to get necessary releases. Keep accurate notes and meet daily performance goals.

Interface with approximately 30 – 40 assigned dealerships to proactively consult and provide support. Build strong relationships with dealer operators, dealer managers, regional offices and zone teams, utilizing various communication devices and technologies. Consult with dealerships to increase the fixed operations overall customer retention and profitability and identify follow-up or action items for next contact.
