Grafana Labs is looking for a Senior Recruitment Sourcer with deep experience sourcing exceptional Engineering and Product talent. You will partner closely with our Talent Team and Engineering/Product leaders to build high-quality, diverse pipelines for critical technical roles across R&D, focusing solely on top-of-funnel sourcing and passive talent engagement.

Detail-oriented and empathetic Offboarding Manager responsible for managing employee offboarding processes on behalf of global clients. In this role, you will ensure a seamless, compliant, and professional offboarding experience for departing employees while safeguarding clients' interests and maintaining compliance with local labor laws.

In this role, you will partner closely with leadership to shape the organisation’s capability needs and long-term talent plans. You’ll take ownership of senior and business-critical searches, personally driving the delivery of high-impact hiring. In addition, you will coach and develop the team, helping to elevate the overall talent function and strengthen its strategic effectiveness across the company.

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) to search for talent for our commercial teams, including Category Management, Marketing, Retail Media, Marketplace, etc. This role combines hands-on recruiting with strategic impact—driving process improvements, leveraging data for smarter decisions, and shaping systems that scale with our growth. You’ll partner closely with senior business leaders and HR colleagues to attract and hire top talent across all levels.

Responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, you will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders and act as a mentor for Recruiters and other team members.

Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to leaders at all levels on talent planning, leadership development, performance management, and organizational design. Lead initiatives in employee engagement, talent assessment, succession planning, and cultural alignment across multiple countries. Collaborate closely with the US based HR team to align local HR programs with global frameworks while adapting to regional needs and employment regulations.

Identify, engage, and pipeline exceptional talent, especially diverse and highly technical candidates across engineering, machine learning, product, and GTM-adjacent technical roles. Create and execute diversity-centered sourcing strategies to reach underrepresented groups in tech. Conduct first-round phone screens to assess skills, level, interest, and alignment with Rasa.
