Identify, attract, and close top-tier engineering talent in crypto as a Technical Recruiter. Operate as a strategic partner to help scale the teams that shape the economic backbone of major crypto networks. Success requires strong technical fluency, a deep understanding of crypto culture, and the ability to engage with candidates who value complex, intellectually demanding work.

Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions or departments with minimal oversight. Design and execute sourcing strategies, including proactive talent pipelining for recurring, low-complexity roles. Partner with hiring managers to define roles, processes, and interview panels, and champion inclusive hiring by sourcing from underrepresented talent pools.
