As a Talent Acquisition Specialist embedded within Customer Operations, you will manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and leading candidates, as well as reporting on metrics and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs. You will own hiring for individual contributors to managers.

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter at Agent. The Recruiter will be responsible for onboarding new clients to understand hiring requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. This role will involve working closely with hiring managers and applicants to ensure successful placements.

Source and attract top technical talent through various channels. Interview and assess candidates technical skills, experience and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize internal ATS (Greenhouse) to track candidates. Conduct weekly hiring syncs, providing data driven updates and insights.
