Seeking a highly organized Training Specialist to join our team on a contract basis to support client education and security awareness initiatives. The role involves designing, delivering, and refining engaging training experiences for our clients across cybersecurity and usability topics. They will tailor materials to each client’s needs, co-present live sessions, and ensure our training resources stay current and actionable.

The IT Systems & Support Specialist will be a critical technical resource, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, security, and support of our core infrastructure and applications for our globally distributed team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, ownership, and the ability to work independently to US time zone requirements.
