The Epic Cadence and Prelude Analyst - Intermediate formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business applications and industry requirements. With this knowledge, develops, configures, or modifies moderately complex information applications. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing logic as necessary.
You will act as a problem-solver and a critical link from Discovery through deployment, ensuring that the delivered capabilities effectively support project objectives, epics and user stories. The role focuses on the post-deployment phase, verifying that the deployed software functions as intended in the target environment and meets all specified requirements and user expectations.
This position supports the TDY FLIR Surveillance product lines, providing remote and field support on our product line. Responsibilities include technical after-sales support via email, phone, or on-site services; product testing, debugging, and documentation; installing software, configuring systems, and sustaining demo assets; maintaining and updating support database and web support infrastructure; fundamental restoration of technical equipment; coordinating and assisting with customer recommission; and reporting engineering costs and man-hours according to service procedures.
