The Employment Counsel is responsible for the full life cycle of employment matters, reporting to Senior Employment Counsel. This position serves as the primary legal resource for the People Team, handling day to day employment matters, providing legal guidance, conducting workplace investigations, managing litigation, and collaborating with stakeholders.
