Interface with DER device partners as they integrate with APIs, enabling more distributed energy resources to participate in utility programs. Own the global payments roadmap and strategy, including authorization, routing, retries, tokenization, chargebacks/disputes, and refunds/partial captures. Design, scale, and continuously optimize a multi-PSP platform, implementing smart routing, failover, experimentation frameworks, and performance monitoring. Expand payment methods domestically and internationally, including wallets, local payment options, EBT SNAP, HSA/FSA, and emerging methods.

Lead planning and execution of AMC 150 initiatives, including the relay, events, and digital campaigns. Coordinate bi-weekly cross-department meetings to align priorities and track progress. Serve as the primary point of contact for project initiatives, maintaining communication with volunteers, partners, and staff.
