• Establish and operate a Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), and champion continuous improvement across programs.

• Oversee the product lifecycle for technology-driven services, ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, marketing, and customer-facing teams to prioritize backlogs, launch new features, and optimize existing products.
