Broadvoice is seeking a skilled software developer with Ruby on Rails experience to collaborate with product managers and engineers in researching, designing, implementing, testing, and deploying new software products and features using agile methodologies, event-driven architectures (Kafka), and cloud-native deployments (Kubernetes).

You will meet stakeholders, prioritize requests, plan the roadmap and ensure the team can deliver their goals. Influence culture, facilitate technical delivery, and work with your team on strategy and execution.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the future of collaborative open-source development tooling as part of the Launchpad team. As an engineering manager, you will grow and lead a team of engineers, develop talent, apply engineering principles, and maintain productive stakeholder relationships. You will also lead Launchpad's ongoing development and advocate for agile software development practices.

Craft efficient client code that is performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality. Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation. Gather requirements, validate their understanding amongst the team, and maintain relevant documentation. Take ownership of projects, from technical design to a successful launch.

You’ll be responsible for guiding technical design, identifying technical blockers, and working with engineering leadership to grow technical capabilities. You'll also maintain system knowledge, guide quality engineering practices, resolve issues, and champion automation of delivery processes. Expert knowledge in C#/.NET with some exposure to PHP is highly desirable.

Work on initiatives that span multiple teams to improve how Xero creates and delivers software, guiding engineering practices to achieve product goals via world-class engineering techniques. Advocate for new technology and tooling, guide teams in defining SLOs, and ensure security and data guidelines are implemented, designing code and solving technical problems.

Work on ArgentX, the leading wallet for Starknet. Develop, design, and architect web-based applications and take ownership of the application development lifecycle to quickly ship features. Ensure software meets strong requirements in terms of usability, security, availability and long term maintainability. Build POC and MVP in an environment where product requirements are not fully defined. You'll help translate ArgentX’s best-in-class UX into cutting-edge mobile experience
