As Headway’s Strategic Planning Manager, you will own the development and execution of the various company strategic planning processes to establish a tightly coordinated operating cadence that unlocks our highest potential. You will be a key partner to the executive team and senior leadership in designing the processes required to define company strategy and ultimately translate that vision into actionable and measurable goals for the organization.

Work on the end to end fulfillment strategy, profitability and operations for one of DoorDash's most nascent verticals. The Associate Manager will be directly responsible for cost and efficiency metrics and develop plans to improve performance. Influence cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business Development teams to improve profitability and enable growth and drive the strategy to build and rollout new product capabilities.

In this role, you will directly engage with the SIXT Senior Leadership as part of a strong team of former strategy consultants. You will be involved in defining and executing the SIXT Strategy and create value by working closely with the SIXT Matrix and Country Organization across all seniority levels. As a Manager, you structure problems, solve critical challenges with internal experts and implement practical solutions.
