The Senior AI Solutions Architect will represent OfferFit’s product and capabilities to prospects, lead technical discussions, execute demos and proofs of concept, and serve as a primary instructor for our AI Academy programs, while also evangelizing the benefits of AI testing & reinforcement learning.

As the very first Senior Data Engineer, the candidate will have a unique opportunity to lay the foundation for Honeycomb’s data-driven future by architecting and building a modern, scalable data platform. The candidate will partner directly with the Head of Data to power business-critical insights and set the standard for data quality and reliability across the organization.

Become a key contributor to the team and take responsibility for the success of various subsystems. Participate in medium to large impact team initiatives, and within a year, lead the execution of such projects. Assist with interviewing potential teammates. Create technical designs that proactively address cost efficiency, security, and observability.

As an Analyst in Data Science, you will help design, analyze, and interpret the results of survey research studies that measure customer satisfaction. You'll provide technical programming expertise working with Python, SAS, Excel, and other automation tools to conduct advanced multivariate statistical analysis on survey and non-survey data.

As a trusted advisor, collaborate with clients to design scalable AI solutions, resolve technical challenges and manage large-scale AI deployments involving hundreds to thousands of GPUs. Responsibilities include designing customer-centric solutions, building long-term relationships, delivering technical presentations, and collaborating with engineering and product teams.
