At the heart of Mondoo’s communications and demand-generation engine, you’ll craft, coordinate, and amplify marketing communications and campaigns that elevate our brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads. Partnering closely with product, sales, and the broader marketing team, you’ll translate Mondoo’s mission into compelling, measurable campaigns that engage enterprise audiences worldwide.

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager, Enterprise to build and scale the programs that fuel Mimica’s pipeline. You’ll own how enterprise buyers discover Mimica, engage with Mimica, and move through the funnel — designing campaigns and nurturing motions that turn interest into qualified opportunities. Your work will directly shape our revenue engine and accelerate our go-to-market momentum.

As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll be the engine of our nurture strategy - designing, building, and optimising our lead lifecycle programs. Your core purpose is to drive predictable, scalable, and efficient demand by ensuring nurture strategy, sequencing, segmentation, and automation work together to accelerate full-funnel conversion and measurable pipeline impact.

As our Senior Integrated Campaign Manager, you’ll be the hands-on expert driving campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with sales (BDRs and new logo acquisition) and cross-functional marketing teams including Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Digital, and Content Marketing, to ensure campaigns resonate with prospects and convert effectively.

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own Flockler's marketing engine from strategy to execution, leading a small team and managing our agency partnerships. You'll work closely with two other marketing professionals while managing relationships with external agencies. As the marketing owner of HubSpot, you'll be responsible for optimizing our marketing automation, lead management, and reporting infrastructure.

Own the end-to-end journey from lead to SQL, ensuring admissions and state operations only spend time with the right families, while marketing maximizes channel ROI. You will report directly to the COO and act as the integrator between marketing, admissions, and RevOps. The job is highly operational and data-driven, designing the funnel architecture, building automations, piloting new channels, and aligning the organization around one growth engine.

This is a pivotal, full-stack marketing leadership role focused on driving demand and enabling the entire Go-to-Market (GTM) team. The Director will be responsible for defining and executing a content-centric strategy that supports new prospect campaigns, strengthens partner marketing efforts, furthers brand as industry experts through compelling thought leadership and builds social presence.
