In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to design, implement, and optimize media buying strategies across platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and other emerging digital channels to achieve exceptional ROI.

Drive growth strategies for partners launching DeFi projects on Arbitrum, leveraging Web2 and Web3 marketing & engagement techniques. Lead and conceptualize Web3 incentives growth campaigns, aligning with the partners' goals. Work closely with community, partnership and product marketing teams to drive end to end campaigns with message cohesion.

Support customer engagement and loyalty initiatives by developing and executing targeted email marketing strategies. The B2B Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for auditing current and prospective clients’ marketing programs and crafting integrated marketing plans across our full suite of channels, with special emphasis on social media (Facebook, TikTok, etc) and Google Ads (SEM, GDN, and YouTube). You will work closely with teams of channel specialists to develop impactful marketing strategies that will be used both by account teams and also to help Power Digital acquire new clients.
