As a Senior Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the strategy, design, analysis and administration of Harborβs global compensation programs, including base salary, bonus compensation and incentives, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals. Examine how students with disabilities are supported, included, and accommodated within Canadaβs high school systems, conducting research into provincial legislation, school board policies, and classroom-level practices to assess how the education system advances, or hinders, equity for disabled students, which findings will contribute to a policy brief and set of tools that aim to guide educational stakeholders in building more accessible, inclusive, and affirming school environments.
In this fully remote role you will be working closely with the Human Resources team and reporting directly into the VP of HR. You will be managing entire recruitment processes from intake to offer for a variety of roles including internal recruitment, contract, corporate, operations, and executive level positions, and own and optimize the recruitment budget.
