We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-focused People Operations Analyst for a contract role for maternity leave coverage. This individual will serve as a key resource for the People Operations team, focusing on Workday administration, system health, and data reporting. The Analyst will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our employee data and systems while supporting the team with ongoing operational needs.

Looking for an experienced Workday Time and Absence Configuration Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules to meet business needs and compliance requirements, identifying process improvements, providing user support, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The Benefits Specialist will manage and optimize global employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and pension plans, for both employees and customers. This role ensures compliance with applicable country, state, and federal regulations across the various locations where the company operates, providing expert guidance on all benefits-related matters, implementing new initiatives, and coordinating with vendors.

As a Benefits Administrator, you will deliver and develop Lime’s employee benefits proposition in 25+ countries across Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions. The successful applicant will ensure effective administrative controls are maintained and deadlines met in tandem with global payroll teams. You will help design and implement systems that enable us to move quickly while maintaining quality and efficiency.
