You will be a part of our frontline support team made up of highly skilled and professional Technical Support Specialists. You will be responsible for responding to customer requests for technical assistance over the phone and via email. You will be responsible for understanding client business requirements, facilitating data integrations, configuring and training on Level AI products, and driving efficient time to value.
Lead implementations and post-launch projects for a range of Archive’s customers including large enterprises. You will leverage your project planning experience, technical knowledge and creative problem solving skills to ensure Archive’s customers launch successful circular businesses through Archive’s technology. You'll lead the cross-functional effort of deploying Archive's platform while solving for new requirements and exceeding customer expectations.
