The Senior Customer Platform Architect will be responsible for supporting customers in the deployment of their on-premise infrastructure hosting Filigran products, conducting regular health checks, and providing advisory support during the pre-sales process regarding on-premise infrastructure requirements. The role is essential to ensure proper sizing of the infrastructure for new on-premise customers.

As a Technical Principal, you will advise, own, and drive Version 1’s capabilities with customers, providing advisory services, strategic consultancy, project delivery, and team management. On site, you will perform an Architecture Principal role on engagements with a focus on Cloud technology (Azure & AWS), providing excellent advisory services, customer engagement as well as hands on delivery management and project delivery in line with our client’s needs.
