This position demonstrates, designs and delivers solutions across the full breadth of the technical and business capabilities of Smile’s solutions to stakeholders. This role provides architecture support services including sales engineering and enterprise architecture. You will collaborate with various teams to improve product requirements and support implementation.

Provide exceptional Level 2+ customer support, triage issues, perform upgrades, act as an escalation point for other support engineers, own the internal escalation pathway, and ensure cases are managed in a timely and effective manner. CopilotIQ is seeking an experienced EMR Integrations Manager to deliver world-class EHR integrations with our platform, reporting to the VP of Engineering. You will manage a global engineering team and collaborate with various internal teams, as well as engage with technical leaders at health systems and payors to implement integrations. Responsibilities include defining integration project deliverables, translating clinical workflows into project plans, and ensuring integrations remain compliant with healthcare regulations.

Applies expertise in healthcare to develop clinical/business solutions. Integrates organizational knowledge with thoughtful design. Reviews systems, tests, and documents Epic applications. Provides consultation for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Supports existing functionality and programs, coordinates system upgrades, and serves as a resource for user groups.
