The Senior Manager, Academic Technologies manages the University's learning management system (LMS) and other supported academic technologies. This involves implementation, support, development, training, and enhancement of these systems. The Senior Manager collaborates with faculty, students, and staff to identify needs, implement solutions and promote the effective use of academic technologies.

The Sr. IT Business Analyst partners with business leadership to understand and clearly define their challenges and opportunities and to recommend technology solutions that address them. This role acts as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders and service providers to drive change and implement technology solutions, including JDE support and process improvements during product development and quality assurance phases.
