Halcyon is seeking an IT Administrator to provide advanced technical support and ensure the seamless operation of their IT infrastructure by managing devices, identity management, security solutions, and SaaS applications while responding to escalated technical issues as part of a collaborative team.

Oversee IT operations, ensuring the security, compliance, and efficiency of Flywheel’s internal technology infrastructure by managing software procurement, IT security, workstation updates, employee onboarding/offboarding processes, and IT support services.

Channel client experiences of Ensono services to Ensono’s Product Organization, thereby transforming processes, people, technology and culture. Focus on client experience quality at all levels, acting as a client advocate, ensuring the client’s voice is heard. Incorporate Ensono services into recommendations that have genuine value for clients.
