This role will drive the infrastructure strategy, ensure secure and scalable design patterns, and support the build-out of our cloud-native application ecosystem. The person in this role will define the target state infrastructure architecture to support microservices, modern web frontends, and legacy system coexistence during migration.

As a Consultant, you will be a technical subject matter expert responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions.

Oversee a team of Azure engineers and analysts, managing the implementation of CommonSpirit-managed Microsoft Azure initiatives to support business strategy. Contribute to the development of Azure standards and changes to systems/applications. Lead and inspire a team of skilled analysts and engineers, creating an inclusive work culture. Develop a culture of quality and innovation to provide high quality Azure cloud technology.

Lead the configuration, sustainment, and performance optimization of enterprise-scale development and production environments, ensuring system availability, security compliance, and operational continuity for mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in Linux-based environments, Oracle infrastructure, and Agile delivery frameworks, along with a leadership mindset and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
