The Manager, AML/KYC and AEOI (FATCA/CRS) will lead the day-to-day execution of our investor due diligence and tax reporting programs, managing AML/KYC service delivery and overseeing AEOI compliance, act as the primary escalation point for AML/KYC and AEOI matters, ensuring timely, risk-based resolutions, supporting audits, and keeping procedures current with regulatory developments.

As a member of PointClickCare’s Legal and Compliance team, you will work on critical initiatives and projects that significantly impact PointClickCare, its customers, and other stakeholders. Reporting to PointClickCare’s Privacy Officer, you will identify, analyze, and distill ever-changing information-privacy requirements applicable to PointClickCare’s various operations throughout the United States and Canada in order to assess, modify, and carry out PointClickCare’s privacy policies, procedures, and training.

You will proactively uncover and articulate opportunities to enhance models, leveraging advanced AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), and develop compelling business cases. You will also serve as a critical bridge between Compliance and Engineering, translating regulatory and business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Leverage blockchain analytics and financial crime expertise to conduct in depth investigations and analysis in support of Coinbase’s BSA/AML program. Conduct reviews of higher risk cases referred by partner teams, which may involve high volume transaction activity, potential fraud or money laundering rings, terror financing or human trafficking concerns, politically exposed persons (PEPs), high-profile individuals, etc.

The Associate General Counsel will support the Deputy General Counsel in leading key functions in the Legal team, with specific focus on further refinement of privacy and product counseling workflows. The Associate General Counsel will be a hands-on leader with significant management experience, who will help to oversee and develop a talented legal team. The Associate General Counsel will also work closely with leadership, executive teams, and with external stakeholders.

The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) will assume primary responsibility for ensuring broker-dealer compliance with SEC, FINRA and applicable state rules/ regulations. The primary responsibility would be to design, implement and maintain the broker-dealer compliance program, develop and work in tandem with the Wintermute’s global compliance team to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
