• Provide daily support to the Product Team on data retention, international data transfers, and privacy in AI systems.
• Manage and supervise Data Subject Rights Requests (DSRs) on a daily basis.
• Co-manage the data breach process with the CISO.

Review, draft, negotiate, and track a variety of legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements and clinical study agreements. Work with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure deliverables align with defined study timelines. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards, and update relevant study team members on contract negotiation status.
