- Support land and title due diligence for IFM forest carbon projects, reviewing ownership, verifying parcel IDs, and identifying risks.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve title defects and ensure all transactions are accurately vetted and risk assessed.
- Maintain audit-ready diligence files, track recording status, and support easement recording and contracting handoff.
