This role involves enterprise lease management and administration solutions within our comprehensive suite of financial software platforms. You will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution, from technical feasibility assessment and enterprise architectural alignment to commercial leadership and customer adoption at scale. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure our lease management solutions are technically superior, highly scalable, and aligned with evolving global lease accounting standards and compliance requirements.

As the Product Manager, you will be part of Experian's Fraud and Identity product team, managing products within Experian's Identity and Fraud suite through the entire product lifecycle. Conduct in-depth market, industry, and opportunity analysis to identify market problems and client pain points while you work collaboratively across the Experian organization driving product strategy, new product development, and innovation. Establish and maintain metrics and track performance to ensure the delivery of expected results from all products. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including FCRA and GLBA attributes and scores.

Lead a team of senior Technical Program Managers focused on marketing technology, web platforms, data integrations, and operational programs. Translate business strategy into executable technical roadmaps with clear milestones, KPIs, and success definitions. Implement and refine processes for Agile delivery, risk management, and issue escalation, ensuring operational excellence.

Manage technology projects ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. Coordinate across multiple teams, managing client and subcontractor relationships. Contribute to process improvements and ensure client satisfaction.
