This role will oversee the multi-year transformation of Minted’s customization platform to enable customers to personalize their ideal stationery and art designs, using Minted’s artist community which contributes winning designs. The principal product manager will outline and then execute a multi-year replatform strategy designed to unlock value along the way, as well as incorporate feedback from product, business and eng partners.

Coordinate projects in cooperation with developers and merit groups from personnel resources. Manage the implementation of tasks within the project by developers and merit groups. Identify and define tasks necessary to achieve the project goal. Report project status, proactively identify and escalate risks with participation in project development as needed. Maintain project documentation and implement other project management related tasks. Settle the project by preparing the necessary documentation and settling the budget.
As a working student in project management, you will support the project team in the introduction of our new CRM and ERP system and have the opportunity to work with various departments, such as Customer Service or Sales. You will support the team in the preparation, implementation and completion of IT projects, and you will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as updating and cleaning up the associated wiki pages and documentation.
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Platform Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and evolution of our Learning Management System (LMS) platform. You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and flexible platform capabilities that power the user experiences for learners, educators, and administrators across our product suite.
Deliver Consumer Trading initiatives, including new features, functionalities, and enhancements, while working closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate the roadmap. Define and develop detailed product and business analysis and requirements, perform User Acceptance Testing, and develop product documentation. Take ownership of the product, collaborate with Finance and Operations, and evaluate new product opportunities.
