Drive architecture for complex initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Partner domains. Own and drive the architecture strategy, guiding solution design. Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Partner with product and design teams to identify opportunities and lead an engineering team in delivering outcomes. Drive technical excellence in mapping business requirements to code using best practices in cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and security. Foster a culture of technical excellence through mentorship and coaching. Create sustainable processes for cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Partner closely with Experimentation Platform, Surface Insights, CoreX and Home PZN teams to create an experimentation strategy that takes Home’s online evaluation practices to the next level. Build relationships with Staff+ engineers across PZN and Experience missions in order to identify both problems and opportunities that are preventing product innovation. Create Home Experimentation strategies to ensure trustworthy online evaluations for our stakeholders.
