This is an opportunity to join the Data AI/ML team at Zapier as a Sr. Applied AI Engineer to build the AI foundation that powers real product experiences. You'll design and build reusable building blocks—like LLM-powered APIs, vector search services, orchestration libraries, and evaluation tooling—that enable teams across the company to create AI agent experiences quickly and safely; impacting the entire organization.

You will be part of a distributed team of 5 engineers working fully remotely on products used globally by gym operators and their members. The team is focused on enhancing the mobile member experience, supporting a suite of world-class tools to improve customer experience through data-driven, user-centric design.

The Product Engineering team is building features and functionalities for both end customers and internal-facing teams. As an early member of the team, you will be deeply involved in the technical details along with our operational processes to champion the velocity, quality, and overall impact of TRM, ultimately building a safer financial system for billions of people.

This role primarily involves developing features and maintaining our “Consumer” mobile applications, offering the simplest way for customers to interact with Kraken; you'll design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using React, influencing technical decisions and mentoring engineers.

You will be part of a distributed team developing innovative financial process automation solutions that increase productivity, reduce costs, and ensure organizations meet compliance obligations. We are looking for someone with good communication skills, ideally with experience making decisions, being proactive, used to building software from scratch, and with good attention to detail.

As a Full Stack Engineer, collaborate with the product team and engineers to create and maintain systems that enable user’s most critical workflows through the web app. Modify backend systems to enable new features and improve system reliability and scalability. Deliver high-performance, observable features that create exceptional user experiences. Contribute to well-abstracted, reusable component systems that ensure consistency and quality.

You will design and develop high-volume, fault-tolerant, scalable backend systems and services and collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions. Create architecture and design documentation, estimations, and user stories that support agile delivery and ensure system performance, security, reliability, and adherence to SLAs through best engineering practices.

As VP of Engineering, you will lead the entire engineering organization across a complex product area. You’ll modernize the software architecture to increase iteration speed and champion a culture of accountability and agility. You will also be responsible for evolving the org to meet the demands of scale and speed. You’ll lead and develop a team of Directors and Senior Directors.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers onboarding and beyond. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with Customer Success and Account Managers. Build, configure, and test integrations between Mavenoid and external systems–such as CRMs, CCaaS platforms, CMSs, and e-commerce systems.

The Senior Backend Engineer will be joining one of our world-class software engineering teams, and will be a key contributor to both user-facing product launches as well as platform enhancements and stability. Develop core product features in ETL and GraphQL to support data processing and retrieval. Design and implement backend APIs in GraphQL to facilitate data interactions between different components of the product.
