The Founder's Associate Intern will execute high-priority, delegated tasks across strategic and operational work streams that directly drive company execution. This position requires exceptional organizational discipline and an entrepreneurial self-starter mentality to manage initiatives with a high degree of autonomy. You will be instrumental in increasing the Founder's focus on outward-facing strategic goals, ensuring the rapid progress of ARCbuild.

As a Strategy and Propositions Senior Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in steering strategic initiatives that influence senior decision-making and deliver outcomes that matter.

The Strategy & Operations, Go-To-Market Senior Analyst will report into the Director of S&O of Industrials and will help scale the business by launching and executing a broad set of highly critical and visible initiatives. You will work and collaborate closely with the Leadership Team and cross-functional teams in your day-to-day to develop and implement growth strategies, improve commercial and cross-functional processes, and tactically drive growth, adoption and retention.
