The Billing Specialist is an integral part of protecting the company’s revenue while compassionately serving our customers. In this role, you will assist the accounts receivable functions of our small to mid-size customer base. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-departmentally to ensure accuracy of customer invoicing.

Accountable for monitoring the status of medical claims, thoroughly investigating rejections and denials, and diligently documenting related account activities. Tasked with the critical responsibility of posting adjustments and managing collections for a diverse range of payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, commercial insurance, and Workers' Compensation. Requires a deep understanding of various eligibility requirements and payment methodologies.

ALIS is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team, responsible for a range of accounting duties, including the preparation of financial statements, management of accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.

This candidate would be joining a small accounting team, where there is room to take on additional responsibility as the role and company grow. This is a full-time remote position, working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. This role will support efforts to ensure that their industry partners are paid accurately and in a timely fashion.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager, Accounts Receivable to oversee the billing and collections processes of our organization.
