The Paid Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee the execution of paid search (PPC, SEM) and paid social media campaigns. They will coordinate with the agency to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and manage the implementation of campaigns. They will support a digital marketing manager within their business unit to provide digital media campaign strategy and executional, optimization, and performance details to support the organizations business unit structure.

We are seeking a strategic Senior Growth Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Paid Search including Bing and Google Paid Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns. This role will be responsible for using data-driven insights to develop and own paid search strategies, manage media budgets, drive campaign execution, and work cross-functionally to achieve growth and ROI objectives.

Support the high-performing demand generation team on a day-to-day basis. Duties include supporting work related to affiliate campaign execution, assisting with reporting preparation, and helping facilitate monthly billing and reconciliation tasks. Work closely with the media planning and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign operations and accurate documentation. You will manage campaign documentation and partner communications for affiliate marketing efforts.
