We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale our affiliate channel, you’ll take over a program currently generating seven figures in annual revenue and drive its next phase of growth. You’ll manage relationships with top affiliates and partners, develop new acquisition opportunities, and work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams to maximize performance.

Lead a team tasked with marketing funnel strategy, optimization and demand generation, including the planning, management and execution of marketing efforts, and driving new business and growth across customers. Implement marketing tactics including email nurture, events, digital advertising, website content, social media, and social selling.

As our Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you will define and execute the overarching paid media strategy, unifying efforts across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and emerging channels to reliably fuel pipeline growth. This role is a unique opportunity to transform our paid media motion into a disciplined, test-and-learn machine, directly tied to opportunity creation and revenue.

This position is needed to drive revenue growth through data-led and AI-driven onboarding and activation campaigns. You’ll work with Marketing, Ops, and Analytics teams to execute and optimize programs across email, in-app, and other channels. This role uses customer insights to inform lifecycle transitions, run experiments, and create a seamless experience that fuels customer activation and revenue growth.

As a Campaign Manager , you’ll partner with Sales, Sales Development, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to develop and execute high-impact new logo ABM campaigns.

This role combines data-driven precision, creative excellence, and deep cross-functional collaboration to accelerate SPS Commerce’s revenue growth worldwide.

You bridge traditional marketing strategy with the unique dynamics of a PLG funnel, where product experience and in-app engagement drive growth as much as acquisition. Working at the intersection of growth marketing, lifecycle, and product experience, you partner with product, data, and go-to-market teams to turn user insights into integrated campaigns.
