Lead and scale our benefit programs through a period of strategic transformation, supporting business scale and growth. Responsible for supporting benefits strategy and overseeing vendor partnerships, program design and implementation, employee communications, compliance and administration oversight. Accountable to manage outside vendors as well as collaborate with internal partners to achieve desired business results. This position will report to the Associate VP, HR Benefits

The HR Experience Specialist will provide hands-on support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that Deel's employees have a smooth, efficient, and positive experience across all HR processes. From onboarding to offboarding, this role works closely with global teams to address employee queries, assist with HR administration, and help implement HR initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
