This role is critical to scaling our recruitment engine, optimizing processes, and ensuring consistent delivery of top-tier talent to our global client base. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing recruitment team, partnering closely with both internal leadership and external clients, and driving a data-informed and tech-enabled recruitment strategy.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will support hiring across Technical (R&D), Sales, and Operations and manage 8–10 roles at once, balancing speed with quality and partnership with precision. As the first point of contact for many candidates, your ability to tell the Solink story, live our values, and keep the bar high is critical.
Promptly receive and log HR-related inquiries via phone and email. Efficiently resolve queries using ticketing systems. Assist employees with questions regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Ensure high service quality while adhering to established processes. Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Take ownership of query resolution and meet individual performance metrics.
