Technical Support Engineers (Mobile and Fleet Experience) manage, track, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify root causes for customers in Technical Support. They train, educate, assist, and guide other employees within Support and across the company, as needed. An important aspect is to identify and alert the necessary stakeholders on larger issues and trends.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you are responsible for working closely with business stakeholders across the company as well as other IT team members to continuously improve technology and internal processes. Responsibilities include researching solutions, interfacing with vendors, evaluating software and/or hardware, automating processes through configuration of software and/or scripting, and proactively maintaining environments.

A Senior Integration Engineer is needed to create strategies and plans for integration of multiple IT systems/subsystems into an operational unit, ensuring full functional and performance capabilities are retained. The integration engineer must be experienced in introducing new hardware or software into a new or existing environment while minimizing disruption and mitigating risks.
