This role involves establishing and managing the Compliance function for Strike's Canadian business and will be responsible for obtaining necessary licenses and registrations, developing a robust compliance program that meets the highest standards of Canadian regulators. The Data Privacy & Protection officer will support the Director in implementing and maintaining the Bank’s data protection framework in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, the NDP Act - GAID, and other relevant data privacy regulations. The role provides day-to-day assistance in monitoring data processing activities, handling customer privacy rights requests, conducting awareness training, and supporting privacy risk management across Moniepoint MFB’s operations.
