The Contracts group is seeking a talented attorney to support Dewberry’s operations. The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in design and construction law and legal issues related to contracts for engineering, architecture, construction, and other technical services. This role will be based out of Dewberry’s headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia; remote will be considered on a case by case basis.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that enable EBANX to provide its services, grow, and innovate in Latin America. Interacting with ebankers from various countries and teams, including senior leadership. Be a licensed lawyer with experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts, possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Serve as Commercial Counsel to help scale Crosby's contract review and legal service operations. The candidate will work closely with both the legal and technical teams to ensure commercial contracts are processed efficiently and accurately. This is a high-responsibility, detail-oriented role for someone energized by complex systems, quality execution, and working at the intersection of law and technology.

InfoTrust is looking for a Contracts Coordinator to help manage the daily contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution, primarily supporting the Sales team. The coordinator will work closely with the Contracts Specialist, enabling them to concentrate on strategic initiatives like CLM management, policy development, and compliance.

Provide legal support to the business on a range of legal and regulatory matters, identifying legal issues in contracts and agreements. Draft, review, and assist with negotiations for various contracts and agreements, including commercial contracts, partnerships, licensing, and vendor agreements. Assist in identifying legal risks associated with the company's operations, products, and services.

Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, vendor, and partner contracts. Ensure consistent application of contractual terms across jurisdictions and alignment with company policies. Review and support employment agreements, terminations, and compliance with local labor laws. Monitor compliance risks and proactively identify potential gaps in internal processes.
