HighLevel is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Legal, India to lead their growing legal team in India. This role will provide leadership and direction to a diverse team of legal professionals supporting various aspects of their business, from commercial transactions and contracts to intellectual property and AI compliance. As a key member of the legal leadership team, you will be responsible for building and scaling legal operations in India while ensuring alignment with global legal strategies and business objectives.

The Corporate Counsel will report to the Head of Legal and will be the second member of the company’s legal team. We are looking for an outstanding entry-level corporate attorney to handle routine and emerging issues which arise in our company and require legal advice and counsel, as well as to contribute to the administration of our small corporate law department.

Nielsen seeks a talented, enthusiastic, and business-oriented lawyer to join the Legal Department as Counsel supporting Nielsen’s Audience Measurement business, working on commercial transactions including product, alliance, supplier, and commercial sales agreements relating to data and information, licensing, market research, and software services while advising product, technology, and commercial teams.

This position will provide legal support to Twilio’s R&D Organization and is a key component of the legal team. As a Senior Counsel, you are responsible for partnering with global Product and Engineering teams, providing legal guidance throughout the product life cycle to ensure that the development of our products and services comply with applicable laws.

You will provide expert legal advice and guidance to the organization, assist the General Counsel to oversee all legal matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks. You will work cohesively and collaboratively with the General Counsel and other legal team members and across other companywide functional teams. You will possess excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Prepare, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and ancillary agreements for company sponsored and/or investigator-initiated studies. You will work with global teams to review and analyze contractual terms and conditions. Assess legal and budget risks in conjunction with team support functions. Manage the contract amendment lifecycle. Assume responsibility for all aspects of legal document and metrics tracking.
