Provide strategic and proactive legal support on employment law matters across the UK, EU, and APAC regions. Partner closely with HR, business leaders, and the global legal team to deliver practical advice, manage risk, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. Proactively monitor, analyze, and apply new laws and trends.

$200,000–$275,000/yr

This role will help drive scalable employment law processes and practices in our North America (NAMER) and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) regions, with a focus on providing expert, risk-adjusted advice and counsel as ELC’s primary day-to-day advisor for the EMEA region. You will serve as a key member of various cross-functional project teams and provide support for Latin America-based employment matters, as needed. This position will report to our Director & Assistant General Counsel, Employment Law.

This position serves as the primary legal resource for the People Team, handling day to day employment matters, providing legal guidance, conducting workplace investigations, managing litigation, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Seeking a motivated and experienced US employment attorney to join our Global Employment Law team to support the continued growth of the company. The role will be located in California, US and will report to the Director, Legal – Global Employment. The position will represent the company in all stages of US employment litigation, and oversee legal investigations in collaboration with our workplace investigations team.
