Inscribe is seeking an experienced and proactive GRC Compliance Lead who will ensure we stay secure, compliant, and operationally strong. The role involves designing and implementing controls central to Inscribe's business operations, from IT asset management to risk assessment and covers all aspects of its compliance program. It’s a hands-on, high-impact opportunity in a fast-paced setting.
You will partner directly with the operations team on-site to promote Lime's community presence in cities across the U.S. Northwest. In this role, you will advance policies that promote micromobility. You will also be comfortable working in an environment with evolving goals and have an aptitude to overcome obstacles as they arise and ambition to get things done.
The Paralegal will dive into complex problems, taking ownership of projects, and helping teams work better together with a strong focus on compliance work while also supporting the broader legal team wherever needed. Ultimately, the paralegal will help build and refine the legal and compliance infrastructure that supports the mission of creating accessible, secure financial tools for everyone.
This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that ensures compliance with international data privacy laws and regulations, and fosters a culture of trust and security. Responsibilities range from managing DSAR responses to revising DPAs to conducting DPIAs, as well as shaping Lime’s approach to data governance, cybersecurity, and the ethical use of artificial intelligence in operations.
This is a hands-on, forward-looking summer internship designed for aspiring legal professionals with a keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. The selected intern will support the General Counsel and collaborate with a legal team deeply involved in the intersection of crypto regulations, intellectual property (IP), and biotechnology. This unique opportunity will expose you to the evolving legal challenges within Web3, tokenization, and decentralized science (DeSci).
In this role, you will be a key member of our legal team, supporting enterprise-wide commercial and product initiatives in expanding the business and compliantly building healthcare/fintech products. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial contracting, as well as the retailer, payments, and/or fintech industries, but should be comfortable being a generalist and willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute to a wide range of in-house legal matters.
