Document suspicious activity you identify in your role, and sending it to the National Crime Agency to support them with their investigations. Lock down money that has been obtained through fraud, so that it can be returned to victims.
The Federal Contracts Administrator is responsible for the review and negotiation of contracts to achieve the Federal team’s business objectives while mitigating risk to the company. This position will review contracts to verify that proposed terms meet requirements, identify non-compliance with company standards, and provide appropriate risk mitigation and risk transfer solutions. This position will be responsible for the lifecycle of each contract including review, negotiation, execution, and management of contracts database.
The Analyst II, Compliance position is responsible for organizing aspects of the Navitus and Lumicera Corporate Compliance and HIPAA Privacy Programs. The Analyst II is responsible for performing regularly scheduled policy, risk assessment and documentation reviews to ensure adherence with HIPAA Privacy and other regulatory compliance areas. The Analyst II will coordinate breach and disclosure assessment, HHS OCR reporting, tracking and client reporting.
