This position offers the opportunity to be in a customer-facing operations role within Redwood Material's battery recycling and battery materials business, with a particular focus on providing support to their suppliers and ensuring smooth program operations. Key responsibilities include fulfilling day-to-day customer requests, maintaining meticulous records, developing and refining processes, and working cross-functionally to develop analytics and software to support recycling programs.
