As the Operations Associate at ENS Labs, you will support core business operations and work with leadership to ensure the organization runs smoothly across People Ops, Finance, Business Strategy, and Vendor Management. We're seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Program Management to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within the Care Experience organization. This role oversees the Telehealth project management function—driving operational excellence, process improvement, and seamless coordination across product, clinical, operations, and growth teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver care at scale.

As General Manager, Growth, you'll drive Wave’s customer growth for our core mobile money business in newer, growth stage markets, set growth strategy, lead local teams, and ensure ambitious growth goals are met. You'll work closely with operations, product, marketing and other teams to increase growth rates, combining strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strong execution to unlock the next stage of growth in newer markets.

The CEO will lead all aspects of the venture's growth, from defining strategy to advancing programs into clinical trials. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines scientific understanding with strong business and fundraising skills, deciding the indication strategy, securing funding, building a team, and representing the company.

You will be responsible for leading the operational strategy, execution, and delivery for Rackspace’s largest customers. You will oversee how Rackspace scales enterprise engagements, ensure operational excellence in delivery, and leverage AI-driven tools and processes to improve outcomes. You will act as a bridge between enterprise clients, internal delivery teams, and executive leadership.

This role drives execution and operational alignment across the Clinical organization, translating corporate and functional strategy into clear priorities, structured processes, and measurable results. The Program Manager facilitates team meetings, plans offsites, and program manages small to medium Clinical workstreams, ensuring collaborative work towards organizational goals.

This role will lead and develop members of the Business Operations team to deliver on key operational initiatives. You will help drive strategy, including determining and uncovering opportunities for improvement, and then develop effective and scalable operational processes to ensure a world-class experience for both patients & providers. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional.
