This role is critical to our strategy and will be responsible for building and executing the joint go-to-market (GTM) plan with strategic SaaS partners. You will lead all aspects of the alliance—from co-selling and co-marketing, to Marketplace integration and ACE pipeline management.
The Director of Broker Partnerships will build and scale Forma’s broker channel strategy. As the first person in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of how Forma engages the broker ecosystem, bringing both strategic clarity and hands-on execution. You’ll personally lead high-impact broker relationships, develop the partner enablement framework and partner cross-functionally to drive broker-sourced pipeline and influence.
