You will play a key role in ensuring successful conversions, onboarding, and product adoption, helping SMB users feel confident using Xero and fully leverage our suite of features. You will engage with customers via phone, online meetings, email, and other channels to provide guidance, answer questions, and help our customers get the most value from Xero for their business.

As a Quoting Specialist, you will support our Sales team as they work with existing and potential customers across an array of industries. You will help organize and enter custom quote requests for the Sales team to deliver by retrieving quote request information, organizing information for engineering review and completing online and offline templates with available information.
