Shape the future of banking service as a Product Designer, owning the design for banking customer experiences from discovery to delivery. As a Product Designer at Tailscale, you will work as a design generalist, comfortable in areas such as growth, self-serve, and in-product features for our web application, owning the end-to-end design process from concept to delivery, collaborating with colleagues across the organization.

As a Staff Product Designer on XAM, you’ll operate as a strategic leader and expert practitioner, shaping the future of product experiences in the extended access management space. You’ll define and champion UX vision and strategy for your area of ownership, partnering closely with product and engineering leaders to set direction that balances customer needs, market trends, and business goals. In this role, you will tackle complex problems, and influence the roadmap at the highest levels of the organization.

Own Webflow’s end‑to‑end developer docs and information architecture of developers.webflow.com , serving as the lead for docs quality, structure, and consistency. Plan, write, and edit API references, guides, “getting started” tutorials, and runnable examples along-side our developer platform team’s releases. Define the developer docs style guide and play a key contributor role in creating our API standards.
