This is a remote role, hiring a temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to support the high-volume hiring needs for our operational teams at WGU. Works collaboratively with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs, conduct interviews, and maintains professional relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates. Advises and coaches' managers on recruitment practices and procedures.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. You'll manage the offer process, coordinate background checks, and arrange travel. You will also create recruitment marketing plans, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements throughout the talent acquisition cycle.
