They serve as subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leader.
Talent Sourcing is a key strategic partner in our Talent Acquisition ecosystem, ensuring we identify and attract the strongest talent from robust, global talent pools. We are currently hiring a Senior Sourcer to support our technical leadership teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly strategic search work, enjoys navigating complex talent landscapes, and excels at building relationships with senior-level leaders.
This is a generalist role, where you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for a diverse range of openings, including roles across Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance. You will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, act as a talent partner to hiring managers and proactively source passive candidates.
