As a Senior People Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to the business, focused on creating and executing a people strategy that supports a high-performing and complex technical culture. You will partner directly with engineering leaders (VP+) and serve as a mentor and guide to more junior members of our People team in this crucial role.

As a Lifecycle Specialist, you will manage employee exits for Remote's external employees, focusing on legal compliance and customer service. You'll provide first-level Employee Relations support, guiding clients through workplace concerns and coordinating resources. You'll contribute to process improvements and initiatives, aligning with Remote's strategic goals.
