Source, screen, and interview chefs across multiple geographies. Support recruitment for internal Biospan roles (incl. contract prep). Own the ATS (Greenhouse): stage movement, notes, candidate comms. Keep pipeline hygiene tight: role intake, scorecards, weekly reporting, balanced source mix (referrals, outreach, groups). Run background checks; verify insurance/right-to-work; coordinate contract issuance (templates provided).
In this role, you will source, qualify, interview, and endorse prospective Mod Contractors for MSQ client projects globally. These recruiting assignments involve identifying candidates with skills in moderation, chat, tickets, and Tier1/Tier2 skill sets. The Recruiting leadership team consists of seasoned global recruiters. You should be data-driven with keen attention to detail and experience with global recruiting and high cultural awareness.
