The Talent Acquisition Generalist plays a key role in supporting Alliance Animal Health’s growing network by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across both hospital and central support teams. This individual will partner closely with leaders to anticipate and meet the continuously evolving staffing needs of our organization. The role requires a dynamic recruiter who can balance high-volume veterinary support staff recruiting with select central support requisitions, flexing as business priorities shift.

Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions or departments with minimal oversight. Design and execute sourcing strategies, including proactive talent pipelining for recurring, low-complexity roles. Partner with hiring managers to define roles, processes, and interview panels, and champion inclusive hiring by sourcing from underrepresented talent pools.

We’re looking for a Global Senior Technical Recruiter to drive high-volume recruiting across multiple roles, functions, and regions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend most of your time engaging candidates through video and phone interviews, building pipelines, and ensuring every interaction reflects our values.

Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, and others — exploring new ways to reach top talent. Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates, creating a strong and relevant talent pipeline for future needs.
